RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Terms of Payment: A 25% deposit is required at time of booking. Deposits may be made by Paypal or credit card. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. Paypal and Credit Card payments for the balance will have a 15% charge applied.
Multi-week rates: 1-Bedroom Apartment: One month discount is 20%. 2-Bedroom Apartment: One week discount is 10%. One month discount is 30%.
Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit may be required with your final payment. If there are no problems, this will be refunded in full within 10 days of your departure.
Cancellations: The rent deposit, less a $50 processing fee, is refundable until 30 days prior to the arrival date. No deposit refunds will be made for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Minimum stay: Four night minimum stay, except seven night minimum stay over the Christmas and New Year’s holidays (December 20 – January 5).
Maximum occupancy: Maximum occupancy is four people for the 1-bedroom units and 6 people for the 2-bedroom units.
Check in – Check Out Time: Check in is 3:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am. Luggage may be stored in the secure garage after check out.
