Our Property
When we envisioned Tortuga Gardens, we wanted it to feel like a home for our guests. The three apartments are built right next door to our family home. We share the common area and will be available to answer any questions you have about the apartments, the neighborhood, Cozumel and the beautiful water and reefs surrounding our island.
Our Story
We love Cozumel! We are blessed to live in a beautiful place with the most amazing natural environment and the kindest, most fun-loving people. For many years, we dreamed of building a place that people would love to come back to year after year. We imagined sharing the wonders of Cozumel with them, as they explore all that the island offers. Now, that dream is coming true.
Our 1-Bedroom Apartment
This ground floor one-bedroom apartment is spacious & modern with a beach style. The living room and bedroom have mini-split air conditioners and ceiling fans for cool, quiet living. The bedroom has a king size pillowtop bed and a roomy ensuite bathroom. The living room has a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space and a large screen smart TV. The complete kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary amenities. Wifi is free and available in the apartments and the common areas.
The apartment opens to the outdoor space through sliding glass doors in the living room and bedroom. You have your own private patio with a table and chairs and you can easily enjoy the pool, patio dining, BBQ area and lounge chairs. We also have 2 bicycles available for your use.

Our 2-Bedroom Apartments
We have two 2-bedroom apartments on the second and third floor of Tortuga Gardens. Each apartment is very spacious and modern with a comfortable beach vibe. The living/dining room and each bedroom has a mini-split air conditioner and a ceiling fan for cool, quiet living. The master bedroom has a king size pillowtop bed and an roomy ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two full sized beds and a second bathroom just outside the door. The living room in each apartment has a large, comfortable sofa and a large screen smart TV. The complete kitchens include a full size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary amenities. Wifi is free and available in the apartments and the common areas.
Each apartment has a private balcony with chairs and a table to sit and enjoy the view. You also have access to the common outdoor space that includes the pool, dining, BBQ area and lounge chairs. We also have 2 bicycles available for rent.
